Attendees can start conversations with exhibitors using email and/or video chat, in a one to one chat or group chat setting. Your logo with a Web link and 15-word description will be on the exhibitor page of the ASME Turbo Expo Virtual Website in addition to the platform virtual booth.
During the event, your logo will be visible for attendees to encourage visiting you in the exhibition. After the event, you will be provided a detailed report showing how many people visited, the content that was reviewed, and more

Booth Reservation Terms & Conditions
The price shown above is subject to eligibility and stand availability. Exhibition stands are allocated on a ‘first come first served’ basis.
Deposit
Upon receipt of the reservation form and following checks, an invoice for a non-returnable 20% deposit will be issued by the Congress Organiser. Payment must be made within 30 days of the booking in order to secure your stand. Failure to do so will result in the reserved stand being released.
Payment Schedule
- 50% fees due as immediate deposit
- 50% fees due before 30 June 2021
Cancellations
If the exhibitor wishes to cancel their stand, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total amount will apply for cancellations received in writing before 30 April 2021.
NO refunds can be made thereafter to exhibitors cancelling their own stands.
